To promote mental health services and academic exchanges, the 5th China (Shenzhen) Mental Health Leaders Summit, hosted exclusively by Shenzhen Foncoo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was held in Shenzhen on December 14, 2019. First held in 2015, the summit was sponsored by Professor Zhang Mingyuan, supported by Shenzhen Mental Health Center, the Sixth Hospital of Peking University, Xiangya Second Hospital of Central South University and Shanghai Mental Health Center and exclusively hosted by Shenzhen Foncoo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Shenzhen is the permanent venue of the summit.

The summit this year is hosted by the top ten domestic psychiatric/psychological societies and associations and co-sponsored by the four major advocacy organizations. The most outstanding mental health experts at home and abroad were invited to make the most important speeches at the summit about the areas they did the best. The theme of this summit is: adhere to the tradition, follow the trend and serve people’s health. Mental health leaders at home and abroad discussed the global development trend of mental health, the diagnosis, treatment, research and innovation of mental diseases, and the way to promote the development of mental health. At the same time, the whole process of the summit was broadcast live online. More than 80 well-known domestic experts, and more than 400 representatives from mental health institutions across the country were invited to attend the meeting. By the end of the meeting, the number of hits to the live webcast reached more than 35,000.
