Development Mechanism

By establishing a "competency model" and "qualification standards", we implement an objective and impartial dual-track career development system. Regular talent inventory and assessments generate talent mapping for optimal person-position alignment, creating favorable conditions for employee career development.

Talent Training

We are committed to building a learning organization. From onboarding, employees receive all-around training under the dual-track (management/specialty) career development system, including company culture training, induction training, professional knowledge and skills training, marketing training, and management and leadership training. To support this training system, we prioritize internal course development and internal trainer team building. Specifically, we establish an incentive mechanism for internal trainers, and regularly organize skill workshops to enhance their instructional quality and ensure optimal effectiveness of internal courses.
