From July 10 to 12, 2025, the mid-year meeting of the company's marketing center was successfully held in an inspiring and proactive atmosphere. Themed "Execute with Excellence · Drive Breakthrough Growth", this meeting was fully attended by Chairman Qin Cheng and General Manager Yan Peng, who outlined the blueprint for the H2 marketing strategy.

Product Strategy Discussion: Precise Planning, Clear Goals

On July 10 and 11, participants concentrated on four priority products, conducting in-depth and detailed strategic discussions through post-analysis of data and market analysis. Through comprehensive communication and meticulous analysis of all participants, the goals for Q3 were defined and detailed strategies and action plans for July were formulated, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent tasks.

Implementation of Working Principles: Adherence to Rigorous Standards to Ensure Execution

The working principle of "high standards, opportunity identification, and result achievement" was consistently upheld throughout the meeting. This principle not only establishes strict benchmarks for sales operations but also serves as a key safeguard to ensure precise and effective execution of various strategies to fortify the foundation for achieving annual goals.

Award Ceremony: Recognizing Excellence and Fueling Motivation

At the conclusion of the meeting, a spirited award ceremony was conducted. During the ceremony, sales teams and individuals who fiercely competed in the market and achieved outstanding results in the first half of the year received their deserved accolades. They also shared their personal growth journeys and valuable insights into attaining exceptional performance. Their speeches were imbued with a relentless pursuit of victory and tenacity, showcasing the tenacious spirit of the ironclad sales force. They deeply embodied the core culture of "high standards, opportunity identification, and result achievement," fueling motivation and injecting unstoppable momentum into the team.

Desert Trek: Strengthening Team Resilience

On July 12, all sales staff participated in a highly challenging outdoor team-building event: the Kubuqi Desert Trek. The 18-kilometer trek involved a total ascent of 355 meters. Amid the sweltering heat of nearly 40°C at noon, the desert surface temperature soared past 50°C. The sand beneath their feet seared like hot metal, making each step feel like a battle against the scorching earth. The arid air relentlessly drained moisture from their bodies, while strong winds swept sand grains into their faces. With virtually no shelter along the route, only endless sand dunes extended under the blazing sun. This dual onslaught of physical exhaustion and mental agony severely tested everyone's stamina and perseverance.

Yet, despite such harsh conditions, no one chose to give up. Because their burning desire to reach the destination and achieve their goals had long surpassed the physical fatigue and pain. Some experienced leg cramps and pressed on through pain after minimal treatment; others, exhausted, persevered steadfastly with teammates' support and encouragement; all rallied each other with calls of "Hang in there, we're almost at the end", demonstrating unyielding resolve to achieve their goals. Ultimately, most colleagues completed the trek with a strong sense of purpose and unwavering perseverance.

They admitted that everyone's relentless challenge to their own limits empowered them to confront the desert's harshness; the team's formidable cohesion enabled mutual support during exhaustion; and this shared conviction drove them to achieve the goal of completing the entire trek. Without any one of these factors, reaching the finish line would be improbable.

The successful execution of this mid-year marketing meeting and team-building event not only clarified the working direction but also strengthened team cohesion and resilience. With strong support from senior management, the sales team will forge ahead with determination to achieve the annual goals.
