This study adopts the methods of reading and interpreting CD-ROMs, group discussions, and case analysis, so that everyone can "effectively make good use of limited time", "pay attention to the contribution of work", "make good use of each person's strengths", "concentrate on Important areas", "good at making effective decisions" and other aspects have a deeper understanding and improvement. After the study, the general manager emphasized that he asked all managers to apply the management methods mentioned in the book to their future work. For example, ask managers to keep track of their time on a three-week cycle to get a clear idea of where their time is being spent.

The study of Drucker's management thought is an indispensable lesson for managers to develop on the road of management.
