2. No customer fees: It is not allowed to take the initiative to invite customers to dinner; eat alone with customers, pay the bill by employees or take turns AA. It is not allowed to accept gifts and money of more than 1,000 yuan from customers. Any expenses that should be paid by individuals are not allowed to be reimbursed at the client's unit.
3. Do not extort customers: In commercial transactions, it is not allowed to violate fair trade, directly or indirectly imply customers, ask customers for favors, valuables, etc.
4. Do not borrow from customers for personal gain: Do not ask customers to sell medicines from the market or the hospital itself; do not privately borrow, transfer or buy goods from customers; do not ship goods in the name of customers ; It is not allowed to collude with customers to smuggle goods together; it is not allowed to require customers to remit money to an account under their personal name without the permission of the company.
5. Superiors are not allowed to accept bribes from subordinates: The superiors are not allowed to accept any property and valuables of more than 200 yuan from subordinates.
6. Subordinates shall not bribe their superiors: Any employee of the company is not allowed to bribe their superiors, and gifts cannot exceed 200 yuan.
7. No abuse of power and corruption: Any employee must act in accordance with the regulations. In all procurement and business activities of the company, no abuse of power, false public welfare, favoritism and fraud are allowed. ;Personal relationship"、"Human relationship"; No employee is allowed to take advantage of his position to embezzle company property and misappropriate public funds.
8. It is not allowed to conceal the company: It is not allowed to take part-time jobs, and it is not allowed to conceal that the company recommends relatives and friends to join the company. The company welcomes public recommendation.
