From January 8th to 11th, 2019, the 2018 Work Summary and Commendation Conference of Foncoo Pharmaceuticals was held in Shenzhen. Leaders of Foncoo Pharmaceuticals, managers of various provinces, all employees of the headquarters, Longnan subsidiary and Hong Kong subsidiary attended the meeting.At the sales meeting, managers of all provinces and regions reviewed their performance in 2018, and conducted sufficient study and communication on issues such as marketing planning, incentive plans and development in 2019.
The live program of the party was rich and colorful, showing the versatility of the Foncoo people. The programs of various departments have well explained the theme of the party - 20 years old, young, just at the time. So young !
At the all-staff summary meeting, the heads of each department reviewed the work of the whole year and made arrangements for the work in 2019, and commended the outstanding practitioners of the corporate culture core values action program and ten-year employees.
After the all-staff summary meeting, a staff reunion dinner was held. The exciting lottery session at the dinner pushed the annual meeting to a climax again, and the whole scene was filled with happiness and joy.
The last two days of the meeting were the training of Mr. Jue Wei - "Sales Management of Channels and Key Accounts". The provincial and district managers were divided into four groups, mainly in the form of group discussions and PK. The classroom atmosphere was relaxed but intense, showing the pan- Gu people's spirit of unity and cooperation and fighting for honor.
