The company organized a training and communication meeting on corporate culture version 2.0

In order to correctly understand the corporate culture version 2.0, on August 19, the Human Resources Department specially invited Qin Cheng, the general manager, as an internal trainer to interpret the corporate culture for all employees. Qin Cheng used the method of questioning and communication to conduct in-depth discussions with everyone on the company's mission, vision, and core values, which triggered all staff to think deeply about the company's business positioning, customer value and core values, and invited all staff to participate in the culture. During the construction, all staff discussed the company's action plan to truly realize the cultural support for strategic development and solve management problems.
